…On The Weekly Blatherings of “ClownPrince” obama

Remarks of President Barack Obama as Delivered
Weekly Address
The White House
June 11, 2016
Hi, everybody.  Today, I want to talk with you about the crisis in Puerto Rico – and why it matters to all of us.  [Justin Case~using my voice~will explain the real facts as he’s researched them.]
Puerto Ricans are American citizens, just like folks in Maine or Oklahoma or New Mexico.  And over the last decade, Puerto Rico has suffered through a deep and painful recession – but unlike [no, MUCH like] the rest of the United States, it hasn’t recovered.  [If the United States is recovering from the obama-Recession, it’s the slowest, most dragged-out recovery in American recorded history.  One needs only to consult usdebtclock.org[*] to see there’s virtually no recovery: there are nearly twice as many gov’t workers [23.76 million] as manufacturing jobs [12.42 million which have fallen from 19.53 million in 2000]; median annual income has fallen nearly $2,000 [$30,288 >> $28,449]; median house prices have climbed dramatically by over $123,000 [$164,671 >> $287,625].  Nearly every category EXCEPT DEBT has dropped precipitously   over the past 15 years! So, NO, there IS NO RECOVERY in progress!!]
Today, the island continues to face a crippling economic crisis.  Schools are closing.  Power is being cut off at homes and hospitals.  Teachers have to choose between turning on the lights or turning on the computers.  Doctors can’t get medicine to treat newborns unless they pay in cash.  And as the Zika virus threatens both the island and the mainland, workers dealing with mosquito control to help protect women and their unborn babies are at risk of being laid off.  [Oh… speaking of the Zika Virus…. I took $500 million from that prevention fund to give to the United Nations Green Climate fund.  Back to the point… Puerto Rico-complicit with our IRS-has had such lax tax laws and loopholes that many Americans invested in those shaky PR gov’t bonds for handsome returns.  The problem is that the PR gov’t issued far too many bonds [in dollar amounts] to ever pay them off.
“Hell, the U.S. federal government will bail us out when it comes to default.”
So now~if the Congress acts as I demand~the American taxpayer will not only be supporting 161.84 million welfare-rats ‘n’ ‘queens, we’re demanding that they additionally support 51.3% of the PR population who can’t be bothered to drag their nasty asses out’a bed and go to work!!]
Right now, Puerto Rico is spending about a third of its tax revenue on debt payments – far more than anywhere else in America.  And on July 1, the island faces another $2 billion in debt payments that it cannot pay.
There is only one way for Puerto Rico to pull itself out of this crisis – and that’s by restructuring its debt and finding a sustainable fiscal path toward growth and opportunity for its people.  But here’s the problem.  Right now, Puerto Rico doesn’t have the tools it needs to restructure its debt – tools available elsewhere in America.
And only Congress can fix the problem, and put Puerto Rico on a path to recovery. [Wrong-o, buckoo!!  Puerto Rico needs to resolve this problem on their own, THEY GOT INTO IT ON THEIR OWN!!  They sure-as-hell didn’t send any of the bond proceeds to the U.S. Congress to piss away as they wished!  This is how it happened in plain english:

    “The US gov. used to give major tax breaks to corporations operating in Puerto Rico, which drove a LOT of business to the island. But in 2006, Congress let those tax breaks expire. Cue businesses using the pullout method. And then Puerto Rico’s economy went into a recession. People started leaving the island, which meant fewer people were paying taxes. Lower tax revenue meant Puerto Rico had to cut back on public services, and hike tax rates. Which caused even more people to leave the island. Nine years later, Puerto Rico is still in a recession.”]

Thankfully, this week, [because I have Paul Ryan’s nuts in a vice]the House overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan bill to address the crisis, and I now urge the Senate to move quickly to follow suit.  This bill won’t cost federal taxpayers a dime.  It doesn’t include special-interest bailouts.  And it gives Puerto Rico the ability to restructure its debt, safeguard essential services, and provide important protections to public pensions that more than 300,000 folks rely on to retire with dignity [which all takes MONEY.  If the American taxpayer won’t be funding it, then where’s the MONEY coming from?!?  The federal government has no MONEY until they first confiscate it from the citizenry!!]
This bill also includes something else – a temporary system of oversight to help implement needed reforms and ensure transparency [yea… and I’m a great one to talk about transparency!].  I know that some folks in Puerto Rico are worried about this kind of oversight.  But I’ve always insisted that any solution to this crisis has to respect the democratic rights of the people of Puerto Rico.  And I am committed to making sure that Puerto Ricans are well-represented in this process, so that we can be sure we’re taking steps that are in the island’s best interests.
This bill is not a perfect solution – nobody’s saying it is.  That’s what happens in divided government.  But it’s the only option on the table to save Puerto Rico from spiraling out of control.  And that’s exactly what would happen if Congress fails to do its job [As I normally do, I’m forgetting ignoring history.  In the late ’80s-early ’90s, the former Soviet Union “spiraled out-of-control” financially with the resultant breakup of that union and the re-emergence of Russia and the surrounding countries.  So Congressional intervention is not a necessity, it only preserves immigrating ‘Ricans-votes for the democrat party.].
There’s no question this is a trying time for folks in Puerto Rico.  They’ve seen too many jobs lost and too many neighbors leave in search of better opportunity elsewhere.  It’s clear that it’s time for Puerto Rico to chart a new course and make a fresh start.  This bill is just a first step.
We all have more work to do to make sure that the people of Puerto Rico receive the health care they deserve and the good jobs and economic opportunities they need to build a better future for their kids.  And I want the people of Puerto Rico to know that my administration is committed to your success.  Because you’re vital to America’s success.   [Bullshit!  After I destroyed America’s healthcare system, I’m gonna give-a-shit about the PR healthcare system?!?  I don’ think so!  PR IS NOT VITAL TO AMERICA’S SUCCESS!  They contribute ‘diddly-squat’ to the American economy, tax base.  If the island were to drop into a sinkhole, America would continue chugging along under my socio-fascism.  Before I came along, America had survived for 225-230 years-the longest surviving representative republic in history.  After the next federal elections~if the American voter has smartened up by then~America will be jump-started on it’s way to renewed prosperity!!].
That’s what this is all about.  We don’t turn our backs on our fellow Americans.  We don’t treat folks differently because of where they live.  Instead, we treat each other as Americans.  We come together, especially when it’s hard.  That’s how we’ve always set ourselves on a course toward a brighter day [Here’s where hindsight comes into play… Had I not demanded that $787 BILLION porkulus bailout; had I not propped up Slyndra and those other green energy hoaxes for my own personal and political gain; had I not pissed away BILLIONS on the global warming hoax, etc, there’d be MORE THAN ENOUGH money to help Puerto Rico now!!].
Thanks everybody, and have a great weekend.

That’s all I got.
Til Nex’Saturday….

Yet Another “W-T-F” Moment….

    Didn’t I tell ya…. I told ya, didn’t I…?!?  Another fine example of this phrase:

“Nothin’ ever changes cuz nothin’ ever changes!”

I found this photo of GOPeBlatherer-of-the-House,” Rep Paul Ryan [GOPe-Wi]:

Now, remember when I told you that I didn’t think there’d be any real change at all with Paul Ryan taking over for that “whining wino,” John Boner Boehner?

Guess who’s right….. the Ryan Gang or me?!?

    The vast majority of politicians~of every stripe~thoroughly enjoy politically, economically, “kicking the shit out’a” the American fighting man, woman, LBGT to their heart’s content.  Much like the conservative in the United States, those in the military are a forgotten segment UNTIL ‘voting time’ comes around!!  Here are the proposed military pay scales which will show you that these brave men, women and transvestites are paid SQUAT for what they do!!

That’s all I got.

“Clown Prince” Correction, April 5th

“Clown Prince” Obama’s Weekly Blather
District of Corruption,
April 5, 2014
    Today, our economy is growing and our businesses are consistently generating new jobs.  But decades-long trends still threaten the middle class.  While those at the top are doing better than ever, too many Americans are working harder than ever, but feel like they can’t get ahead.  That’s why the budget I sent Congress earlier this year is built on the idea of opportunity for all.  It will grow the middle class and shrink the deficits we’ve already cut in half since I took office.  It’s an opportunity agenda with four goals. Number one is creating more good jobs that pay good wages. Number two is training more Americans with the skills to fill those jobs. Number three is guaranteeing every child access to a great education.  And number four is making work pay – with wages you can live on, savings you can retire on, and health care that’s there for you when you need it.
[Last week’s blather opportunity found me ‘a broad’ so my dunce-like backupHairplugJoe Biden read the teleprompter in my stead.  This week it’s me~your ‘Dear Leader’~ reading the lies my handlers want reinforced.  So here we go…. ‘sit down, shut up, pay attention and hang on!’]
    My socio-fascist ‘jobs-killing’ policies and programs have made it nearly impossible to return to those far better days of “that evil George W. Bush.”  With few jobs; with even fewer newly created FULLTIME jobs, the actual (March) unemployment rate remains stalled at 12.7%, increased from February’s 12.6%.  obamaKare is increasingly proving to be a far better “jobs killer” than any of my handlers could have hoped for!  As Bernie Marcus noted in his WSJ op-ed, we’ve successfully killed 146,000 with obamaKare ALONE!  Not only that, we’re well on our way to a “single-payer” system
[translation-THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT will control every aspect of each individual’s life (AND DEATH), CRADLE to GRAVE, with little-to-no input from THE VICTIM!!];
Not only that~again as Mr Marcus mentions~the ‘hidden sales tax’ forcibly paid by insurance companies on premiums for each policy written for individual, small and medium companies.  This ‘fee’ necessarily drives up the healthcare costs to the purchaser, not to mention the increasingly unmanageable out-of-pocket premium and deductibles expense demands of the aforementioned obamaKare-forced policies.
    “….built on the idea of opportunity for all.”
That statement in the teleprompter blather fails to note that my handlers’ prevarications blithely intend “EQUAL outcome for all,” and by Allah if that’s not achieved, we WILL force it!!  The American premise has been so bastardized by socio-fascists for decades as a method to force those ‘evil RICH, white guys‘ to relinquish a majority of their wealth to those who refuse to work!  This illustrates yet another obama Regime accomplishment: Since the presidency of that evil George W. Bush, we’ve driven up the Food Stamp participation from HIS 29.6 million (after 8 years) to OUR 46.5 million (after less than 5 years)!!
“Number one is creating more good jobs that pay good wages:”
This is a perfect illustration of how my not taking ‘Econ-101’ as a foreign student at Occidental College, at Columbia University, at Harvard, at Harvard Law is essential in the Alinsky principles I subscribe to.  Tax reduction is the single greatest force behind increased jobs creation; the minimum wage at any governmental level is complete bullshit!!  In a free economic society, the free market forces should be the ONLY WAGE DETERMINANT!
“Number two is training more Americans with the skills to fill those jobs:”
The ‘training’ principle runs counter to my normal blather in that I practically demand that every high school grad be enrolled in a college or university.  That~on it’s face~makes no sense!  Not everyone is suited to, nor has the desire to attend a college or university.  Remember:
“Far more lawyers call plumbers than do plumbers call lawyers!!”
Number three is guaranteeing every child access to a great education:”
The ‘Headstart Program‘ originated as THE pre-school education resource for America’s 4-5 year-olds.  It’s steadily digressed into~not only a free babysitting service, but~the colossal educational failure it is today!  Given that, why on earth would any administration~let alone, my regime~continue down that path with ever-more young minds?!? Nuff said!
Number four is making work pay….:
For this to come to fruition, one must have skills that can be applied to a trade or a corporate position. See that “lawyers-plumbers” thingie, above.  The quality of the work performed will advance the participant up the ladder of success.  The stress on the minimum wage is sure to reduce the workforce, and those still working will be relegated to the bottom rung of said ladder.
    This week, the Republicans in Congress put forward a very different budget.  And it does just the opposite: it shrinks opportunity and makes it harder for Americans who work hard to get ahead.  The Republican budget begins by handing out massive tax cuts to households making more than $1 million a year.  Then, to keep from blowing a hole in the deficit, they’d have to raise taxes on middle-class families with kids.  Next, their budget forces deep cuts to investments that help our economy create jobs, like education and scientific research.  Now, they won’t tell you where these cuts will fall.  But compared to my budget, if they cut everything evenly, then within a few years, about 170,000 kids will be cut from early education programs.  About 200,000 new mothers and kids will be cut off from programs to help them get healthy food.  Schools across the country will lose funding that supports 21,000 special education teachers.  And if they want to make smaller cuts to one of these areas, that means larger cuts in others.  Unsurprisingly, the Republican budget also tries to repeal the Affordable Care Act – even though that would take away health coverage from the more than seven million Americans who’ve done the responsible thing and signed up to buy health insurance.  And for good measure, their budget guts the rules we put in place to protect the middle class from another financial crisis like the one we’ve had to fight so hard to recover from.

    Policies that benefit a fortunate few while making it harder for working Americans to succeed are not what we need right now.  Our economy doesn’t grow best from the top-down; it grows best from the middle-out.  That’s what my opportunity agenda does – and it’s what I’ll keep fighting for.
    As is the norm, we obamacRATics blather on and on about how we’ve stood up for the downtrodden, stood up for the middleclass but in all fairness, how far have we gotten?  Rather than the aforementioned ‘talking points’ we continue to participate in fraud, deceit, outright theft of funds as well as adding the “Saltine-Americans (those pasty-white guys and gals; you may know them as ‘crackas’)” to our growing list of minorities we’ve put into the slavery that is the American welfare system.
    The Paul Ryan-authored RepublicRATic 2015 Budget Proposal goes along way in the opposite direction to the obamacRATics of massive slavery, pointedly leading~ultimately~to a One-World Government, the ongoing desire of a vast majority of obamacRATics, of The Bilderberg Group, of academe, of the liberal ‘Drive-By’ media, et al.  The Ryan proposal intends to put Americans back on their feet financially with tax reductions, with less spending on welfareRATs, revision of a bloated, less-than-understandable federal tax code…. better yet, here’s Rep Ryan‘s bullet-points:

  • Expand opportunity by growing the economy;
  • Providing our troops the training, compensation and support they need;
  • Repeal obamaKare to clear the way for patient-centered reform;
  • Provide families with a fair, simple tax code to boost wages and create jobs;
  • Secure Seniors’ retirement by strengthening Medicare and other vital programs;
  • Strengthen the safety net and help people get back on their feet;
  • Restore fairness by cutting spending and combatting cronyism.

    A good start to be sure, but advancing beyond these bullet-points will be necessary to assure a return to the pre-obamacRATic America a vast majority of us yearn for!!
    As for all those phony obamaKare enrollment numbers…. just that: ALL LIES, or at the very least, massive obfuscations of the facts!  Now it’s my turn for bullet-points regarding obamaKare:

  • It destroys a working, workable health insurance system used by 95% of the population to install a crony-based, unworkable, less-than-understandable obamaKare system to insure the remaining 5% of the population, most of whom have no desire for health care;
  • Me~your ‘Dear Leader‘~ignoring the rule-of-law to “rewrite” legislation nearly 40 TIMES in my delaying various aspects of this unworkable monstrosity that may reflect poorly on obamacRATics in the upcoming (2014) mid-term elections;
  • obamaKare~rather than saving participants’ money~increases premiums 100-1000% for far less effective~and obviously unaffordable~coverage;
  • obamaKare demands out-of-pocket deductibles in the range of $4,000-$10,000 annually.  If the poor, the uninsured can’t afford the premiums of either plan, how-the-hell will they afford these outrageous obamaKare-forced deductibles?

….and those are just the highlights that come to mind; I’ve not included all the boldfaced lies my handlers demand I tell, to cram this plan down the collective American throat!

Get Ready For The Next “Cram-Down”

RINOs On Amnesty
Now that “Clown Princeobama‘s State of the Union blather is gathering dust, get ready to have the republicRATics attempt to cram a PHONY amnesty bill down America’s collective throats.  In the ‘interest of bipartisanship’ (the art of “rolling over, playing dead“), Speaker John Boehner, Rep Paul Ryan, et al, have crafted yet another amnesty bill, blatantly PHONY on it’s face!  Check it out here for the cleaver~~means the opposite of what you read~~wording from the two aforementioned RINO culprits.
As noted by Kelly South (Twitter: @KLSouth; Blog: klsouth.wordpress.com) last summer’s “Gang of Eight’s” amnesty bill was designed to deceive the public and create the false illusion of greater security.  Here, Mr South notes~~with 50 bullet points~~the fallacies of the Rubio-“Chuckie-Cheese” Schumer scam.  Remember:  Schumer~~”The Putz of Park Avenue“~~ shamelessly urged the corrupt continuation of harassing the “Tea Party” movement through the IRS’ tax-exempt application “investigations.”
Doug Ross~~in his blog~~adds 19 points everyone should be aware of concerning “illegal obamacRATic voters.”
Ann Coulter questions the polling used to gage the thoughts of the several millions-of-lawbreakers now in the country.  To understand all this “Mexicans-breaking-the-US-immigration-laws” crap, you’ll need decoders here and here.
Seven times in the modern era the Congress passed immigration bills of varying degrees:
Amnesty No. 1-  Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), 1986 also known as the Simpson-Mazzoli Act
Amnesty No. 2 – Immigration and Nationality Act,  Section 245(i) Amnesty, 1994: A temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens
Amnesty No. 3 – Section 245(i) Extension Amnesty of 1997
Amnesty No. 4 – Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty, 1997
Amnesty No. 5 – Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA), 1998
Amnesty No. 6 – Late Amnesty, 2000: An amnesty for some illegal aliens who claim they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty.
Amnesty No. 7- LIFE ACT Amnesty, 2000: A reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty

I defy any reader to find an example where any noted enforcement requirements or any budgetary reductions were actually honored!!  I’ll wait….  Didn’t think so!!
That’s all I got.

It’s Only The Latest Budget Shafting….

Check out this photo (below).  Rep Paul Ryan (r-Wi) is performing his latest obamaKare-esque cram down of yet another distasteful budget proposal that is neither fiscally conservative nor does it conform to his purported economic positions.

Senator Patty Spend-Then-TaxMurray (d-Wa) might be thinking “Nobody’s gonna go for this shit!

The proposal does nothing to fix ANYTHING, but rather screws the taxpayer out of~~among other things~~the modest reductions in automatic budget increases as provided by sequestration.  The provisions of sequestration thus:

If the joint committee is unable to achieve $1.5 trillion in deficit reduction, then two things will happen.  First, the amount of additional borrowing will be limited to $1.2 trillion rather than $1.5 trillion.  Also, a sequestration process is triggered to cut spending cuts of $1.2 trillion if no deficit reduction is achieved by the joint committee or of the amount of the difference between the amount of deficit reduction achieved and $1.2 trillion.

In addition to the castration of sequestration, here are the estimated FY2014 (starting Oct 1, 2013) expenditures broken out in ten categories.  The total FY2014 federal spending will be $3.78TRILLION (rising to $4.45TRILLION in FY2018); the total ‘gross public debt’ in FY2014 will be $18.25TRILLION (rising to $21.7TRILLION  in FR2018).

How in the “Sam-Hill” are these numbers even close to fiscal responsibility?!?  Rep John Boner Boehner has indicated he’s going to support the Ryan-Murray proposal.  Does this not speak to the severe lack of republicRATic leadership in both houses of Congress?!?  Does one need more reasons to deny Congressional incumbency via the ballot box?!?

That’s all I got.

‘plug?’ Gawd’ll Get’cha For That!!
    I heard this from a caller-in to the “Warroom” with Quinn ‘n’ Rose.
The caller quoted Proverbs 29:9, thus:
[the English Standard Version]
“If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet.”
[the New American standard Bible]
“When a wise man has a controversy with a foolish man, The foolish man either rages or laughs, and there is no rest.”
[the King James Bible-Cambridge Ed.]
If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest.”
Closed-circuit to ‘plugbiden:
Maybe ya shud’da read your Bible prior to the debate, aye?!?
Neither you nor your ‘boss’ are even close to “the smartest guy in the room,” and your attempts to be that person are very telling!!

‘plug’ biden Loses In Rude Demonstration

    Complete with additional hair plugs, gleaming new–glow-in-the-dark–‘falsies (teeth),’ biden had little else to present to the viewers.  Very early, he descended into outright contempt with his broad, smiling facial expressions and periodic laughter.  Even though the political consensus is vice-presidential debates have little, or no affect on an election outcome, biden‘s snarky comments had no place in a national debate as important as this one.  Much to his credit, Mr Ryan handled the EIGHT-TWO (82) interruptionswith grace and aplomb:

  • “Mr Vice President, I know you’re under a lot of duress to make up lost ground, but I think people will be better served if we don’t keep interrupting each other.”

    Paul Ryanagain to his credit–remained on-point, adhering to his facts and mostly ignoring the bully-ish performance of the vice-president.  One thing I–as a viewer–found hard to comprehend:  ‘plugbiden‘s laughter when deaths in Afghanistan; the ‘green-on-blue’ murders were being discussed!!  This says a lot about the regime in power; a lot about the contenders for said positions.     Now we have but to wait for the national pamphleteer corpse to skew their polls and surveys to the left, so we can find out by how much ‘plugbidenwon the debate…..”

‘Splain to me again why YOU elected this Verdammte Arschloch!
